The functional aspect of the Legend design begins with a spacious, comfortable cockpit.

Over 29 inches wide, the cockpit provides equal seating for pilot and copilot, even when wearing helmets and chutes. A very generous center of gravity envelope easily allows for 250 pounds in each seat, as well as 100 pounds of baggage.

Primary aerodynamic controls are simple, reliable and precise.

Push-pull tubes using full bearing support are utilized for elevator and aileron actuation. The rudder control system is cable operated.  A 3-axis, electric trims system is standard and provides a backup for the primary aerodynamic controls. And there's plenty of room on the instrument panel for all the bells and whistles.
